Top 10 Hobbies in March, Torino.
1.
Cook. Lately i have been trying out new dishes with cindy (partly inspired by the milan gers). We learnt/invented the following combinations...
steamed fish with oyster and soya sauce and cabbage,
baked fish with oregano butter and pepper,
hamburger with popiah skin cum Ramly imitation with countless failed attempts of wrapping the meat with the egg,
baked rice with lotsa cheese and egg,
potatoes in sweet black sauce,
red bean soup with tang yuan and honey,
favourite biscuit with nutella imitation.
salad with lots of tomatoes, vege, and pesto.
toast with butter and pepper,
cinnamon and honey toast,
and of course boring pasta...
2.
Wash - comes as a package with cooking.
3. Eat - comes with cooking as well.
4.
Travel - went to ski at the border of italy and france, went to milan. Going to rome and naples in 2 days.

Draw - 1 good thing i like here is that i get the time and mood to start drawing again. It's nice to have nothing to do in a afternoon and start to open my sketchbook and deciding what's my next subject. It's a theraputic process. Of course Gaino's lesson is good also in a sense i'm forced to draw using markers and dry mediums. I'm not used to that so i do learn alot, even though the process of rushing and not sleeping and peer pressure is not exactly nice. The students here produce really great sketches and renders. I got a paradiso and an inferno for my first 2 assignments. First time i fail a drawing assignment. Gonna frame that picture up when i get back to singapore.
6.
Youtube - favourite pastime...watchin the rose, deathnote, 花样少年少女. It's really a waste of my time but i can't stop loving it. Especially on cold days me and cindy will just camp in front of the computer. Wu zun and Joe cheng sooo cute....
7. Sleep... the days can pass really fast here without me doing much.
8. Mini KTV sessions with cindy - basically we'll just blast the music and sing the songs in front of the computer screen. Favourite songs are from the songs from 恶作剧之吻, 花样少年少女, and 非你莫属 by tank.
